AccountManager.Twitch.userChanged-signal
Remove unused IrcManager getUser-method
IrcManager::beginConnecting is no longer called asynchronously. This
might want to be reverted in a more controlled asynchronous manner.
User Accounts are now stored as Shared Pointers instead of using
references/copies everywhere
